2024 is dead. May the new year be at least as joyful as its predecessor.

I'm not gonna lie, so far it feels exactly the same, but I guess that makes sense. There's so much hype about the new year before it comes, and then it comes and so many people seem to forget what they were so excited about. Expectations, goals, hopes of dreams made reality—at least that's how I feel about it. But not me, this year I fully intend to stick to my goals and aspirations for this year. To hold myself accountable I will share with you a few of my goals:

• Post and update regularly
• Play more music and start sharing it
• Share and publish more of my photography

Those sound like okay goals for now. The only hard part will be respecting them and accomplishing them continually, I guess the only thing that can be done about that is to start and not stop. It's easy to start something—I just started writing this—it's harder to finish something, but I think what is hardest is to simply continue on with no plan of stopping. My plan to accomplish these goals is to set smaller goals for improvement. I'll do one thing at a time until it stops feeling like I'm forcing myself to do it, eventually I won't have to think about it, eventually it will become a part of me.
